Mizuki is a diver from Matsue village, same as Oiso. She helped Oiso and Chifusa defeat the Giant Octopus plaguing the village.

Mizuki is slightly lighter than Oiso and also has the same diving outfit as her, but has her hair tied up in a knot.
Personality[]
Mizuki is more worrisome than Oiso, but she still has that same laid-back attitude to her.
